Accurate bending is essential in order to assure that tolerances on the finished item are respected. That is why Magnoni has chosen the very best on the market. Two 200 t. HAEMMERLE hydraulic bending presses and a FINNPOWER BC2550/200 panelling machine, in addition to mechanical bending presses, guarantee high-level, skilled manufacturing.

The welding department is equipped with two ABB robots, one of which runs on ralls so as to broaden the operative area up to 4 m. Accurate placing of items to be processed is assured by two orbits for each robot, both of which can take up to 500kg.
Latest-generation MIG, MAG and TIG welding machines complete the department's range. As to electric spot-welding, here too, Magnoni is fitted out with the very best equipment, such as SCHLATTER spot-welders of varying power, up to 140 KVA.

An area of 2,000 m2 is dedicated to assembly and packaging.
Our external suppliers, each one of which is carefully selected, collaborate in assembling electrical units and related cabling.

To be in line with current requirements in metalworking technology, Magnoni has installed high-quality equipment such as two 30 t. CNC punching machines and a 3000 Watt TRUMPF-TRUMATIC L3030 laser cutter capable of cutting steel up to a thickness of 20 mm., stainless steel up to 12 mm., aluminium up to 6 mm., as well as electro-galvanized steel and other materials.

The shearing and pressing department comprises mechanical presses up to 250 t., fitted out so as to be able to work from a conveyor, and hydraulic presses up to 300 t.
